Ireland Modern Slavery Council Launches

We’re pleased to announce that in partnership with Sodexo Ireland, Ground Control is a founding member of the Modern Slavery Council. Launched in April 2025, the council aims to work closely with other businesses and government bodies to drive standards and tackle modern slavery in Ireland.
Declan O’Gorman, Country Director for Ireland, represents Ground Control on the council and, as part of this board, is working together to raise awareness and tackle issues in supply chains.
Speaking after the launch meeting, Declan shared:
I am honoured to be part of the council and to be founding this fantastic initiative alongside some fantastic individuals. Ground Control has been at the forefront of this across its operations, and I look forward to ensuring this legacy of work continues for Ground Control Ireland.
Ground Control's Commitment to eradicating modern slavery
